DENOMINAZIONE VINO: Asti Spumante DOCG

VARIETÀ UVA: 100% Moscato 

VINIFICAZIONE Dopo la diraspatura, l’uva passa nella pressa senza essere pigiata. Dalla sgrondatura degli acini, otteniamo il mosto fiore, ovvero la parte più preziosa del succo. Prima fermentazione in vasche d’acciaio a temperatura controllata per circa 9 mesi. Seconda fermentazione in bottiglia e conseguente affinamento per almeno 48 mesi sui lieviti. Il remuage avviene manualmente.

TIRAGGIO: circa 9 mesi dopo la vendemmia.

AFFINAMENTO SUI LIEVITI: circa 48 mesi.

DOSAGGIO ALLA SBOCCATURA: zero

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

COLORE: giallo paglierino.

PROFUMO: sentori agrumati e di fiori bianchi si intersecano con aromi di pasta sablé.

GUSTO: intenso e avvolgente presenta note di brioches e frutta candita, finendo con sentori che ricordano salvia e timo. Il perlage è incredibilmente fine e cremoso.
