Colore granato intenso e brillante con leggeri riflessi aranciato con un profumo complesso, intenso e molto ampio; i piccoli frutti ben maturi tendono a sfumare in un bouquet di tabacco, fiori appassiti, spezie e cacao, sempre in presenza delle note balsamiche e mentolate tipiche del vigneto Santo Stefano. Gusto arricchito in tannini ben si accompagna con la calda morbidezza di questo vino; la giusta acidità contorna il tutto e sicuramente manterrà questo equilibrio per lungo tempo.
