VENDEMMIA 2000:

L'inverno 1999 si presenta piuttosto mite con qualche punta di freddo a novembre. Ad un aprile piovoso segue un maggio contrastato.

Dopo un luglio piovoso e poco soleggiato arrivano le grandinate di Agosto. La maturazione si avrà grazie ad un magnifico settembre.

Le vendemmia iniziata a meta settembre presenterà comunque grappoli belli e pesanti

 

VINIFICAZIONE:

Uve: Chardonnay 50% - Pinot Noir 50%

Cru: i Crus più prestigiosi delle montagne di Reims: Bouzy, Verzy , Verzenay e della Cotes des Blancs: Mesnil, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly
