The grapes come from the vineyards of Ora, in the Raut and Tschint areas, on alluvial soils of the Rio Nero, rich in skeleton and loose matrix, with porphyritic and limestone components of Mesozoic origin. We are at about 200 meters above sea level, in a context that favors balanced ripening and maintains the freshness of the fruit intact.
