Description
The Moser Rosé 2017 Trento DOC is a mountain rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir and produced in an Extra Brut style, to express the Trentino territory with precision and character.
The grapes come from the vineyard Doss dei Cedri, on a hill of pure dolomite, well exposed to the sun and caressed by the winds of Garda. These conditions favor balanced ripening and an ideal base for a sparkling wine of great finesse.
The winemaking involves white fermentation and a very brief contact with the skins, followed by a long aging on the lees. In the glass, it presents with pale pink hues and onion skin reflections, while on the nose, notes of small red fruits and smoky nuances emerge.
On the palate, the Moser Rosé 2017 Trento DOC combines fine bubbles, good drinkability, and a significant structure, typical of Pinot Noir, in an elegant, dry profile with great personality.
