We know how precious wine is, and for this reason, our wines are carefully packaged to avoid damaging the bottles due to any pressures and vibrations that may occur during transport.
To ensure that your wine arrives safe and sound at its destination, we use a carefully detailed expanded polyethylene packaging; a safe and reliable packaging. All bottles are then wrapped in this special polystyrene packaging, which completely covers them and ensures greater resistance to shocks. The packaging is thermally insulated and protects the wine from temperature fluctuations that could damage the color and flavor of the wine, altering it.
In practice, the special packaging offers undeniable advantages in terms of:
- isothermal characteristics
- insulation coefficient
- reuse
and represents an extra security for your wines.
Shipping Costs and Times
The wine purchased from Italian Wine Selection is shipped to Europe and the Rest of the World via courier. The delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- Rest of the World: 12-22 working days
At the time of completing the electronic order, the system automatically calculates the shipping costs. In the tables below, we provide a summary of our shipping costs.
