TRENTODOC millesimato ottenuto dall'unione di Chardonnay e Pinot Nero raccolti esclusivamente a mano, con permanenza sui lieviti di almeno 36 mesi per esaltarne la morbida eleganza.

Il colore è dorato leggermente carico, brillante e vivace.
Il profumo offre una gamma di fragranze che vanno dalla crosta di pane ai toni vanigliati, su fondo di crema di mela matura e frutta secca (nocciole).
Il gusto è pieno e rotondo nella sua complessità, dove si trovano le note del frutto maturo rilanciate su un sottofondo di agrumi e spezie.

Un vino fresco e vivace, pieno e di solida struttura, con un finale quanto mai persistente, proprio come il suo finissimo perlage.
Da bersi come aperitivo e degno attore in un pranzo importante, oppure più semplicemente per un brindisi speciale.
