Prohibition è una cuvée prodotta da 2 parcelle affiancate di Mardeuil, nella Vallée de la Marne: Les Carrés du Midi (1960) e Les Chataîgners (1954 e 1958).
Per produrre questo vino vengono usate solo le cuvée.
Affinamento sui lieviti per 7 mesi in acciaio inox (80%) e botti da 400 l. (20%) senza fermentazione malolattica. Riposo in cantina minimo 30 mesi e altri 6 mesi dopo il dégorgement.
Dosage: zero.
