Introduced in 2017, the Classic Cut series is now in its sixth bottling. For this limited edition, which exhibits fine notes of orange, ginger and cinnamon, whiskies matured in both ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks were selected and the alcohol content was reduced to 52.5%. The aim of Classic Cut is to show a different side of this great distillery's profile each year, but always starting with the ‘classic cut’ made when the heart of the distillate is harvested. One of the pillars of Macallan, capable of giving great personality already to the white distillate.
