Grappa Stravecchia Tenuta San Leonardo aged 5 years

Grappa di San Leonardo is produced in very small quantities with the marc from the estate's vineyards and distilled in small direct steam stills. Grappa Stravecchia is aged for a good 5 years in the barriques previously used for the ageing of the famous San Leonardo, which give it depth and great elegance.

Distillation

Following gentle pressing, the pomace is immediately processed using a steam still.

Tasting notes

The characteristic amber-gold colour distinguishes this Grappa. Full-bodied, aromatic, as fine as it is elegant; it is an important distillate with incomparable organoleptic properties.
