DENOMINAZIONE D'ORIGINE: Alto Adige DOC
VARIETÀ: Pinot Nero
ESPANSIONE: Fermentazione tradizionale preceduta da macerazione a freddo, parziale utilizzo di uve intere; Successivo affinamento in barrique, vasche d'acciaio e clayver per 15 mesi.
DEGUSTAZIONE: Rosso rubino chiaro con lievi riflessi granati. Bouquet tipico del Pinot Nero con un fine aroma di ciliegia e un leggero sentore di vaniglia. Vino elegante di buona struttura, tannini vivaci con un bel finale sul finale.
IDEE DI ACCOMPAGNAMENTO: Si abbina molto bene con piatti di carne, arrosti e selvaggina. Ma anche con pesce e crostacei.
TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO: 13-16 °C
