Sammarco Toscana IGT

Sammarco è un vino dai profumi freschi e fini di sottobosco, dal colore profondo e intenso.

Presenta aromi specifici del terreno e impressioni di frutta matura. Ha una grande concentrazione dai tannini robusti. Vino elegante e raffinato.

Al Cabernet Sauvignon vengono aggiunte percentuali di Sangiovese e Merlot.

La produzione varia secondo le condizioni climatiche: 8000 - 18000 bottiglie.

VINIFICAZIONE ED AFFINAMENTO

  • 12-15 mesi in tonneaux 500 L e botte da 12 HL
    no toast / medium toast
