Il pinot nero Saracco combina il tradizionale profumo delicato di frutti a bacca rossa (come il mirtillo. la mora e il lampone) e il gusto vellutato, con un corpo rotondo, equilibrato ed elegante.

VINIFICAZIONE

Le uve vengono fatte fermentare in vasche di acciaio inox. L’affinamento avviene in parte in piccole botti di legno, in parte in botte grande, per 12-14 mesi.

NEL BICCHIERE

COLORE: rosso intenso con riflessi purpurei

PROFUMO: delicato di frutti a bacca rossa (mirtillo, mora e lampone)

SAPORE: fruttato di bacche di sottobosco, vellutato e rotondo.

DA GUSTARE CON: antipasti di carne, affettati, primi piccanti, bolliti, stufati e formaggi di media stagionatura.
