Bene è lì che è stato piantato il  più mediterraneo  dei  bordolesi , il CABERNET FRANC.

Dopo venti anni  il Piano di sommacco è il " perfetto plateau ", il  TERROIR  ideale  per far esprimere al massimo  un Grande Rosso destinato a lungo invecchiamento.
