BRACE 2017 CAGNULARI – ISOLA DEI NURAGHI Indicazione Geografica Tipica 

Le uve provengono da un vigneto posto ad Usini -a 300 metri slm e con una resa di 55 quintali per ettaro- dove il terreno è costituito da marna e granito, caratteristiche che permettono al Cagnulari della zona di ottenere risultati unici.

La fermentazione con macerazione sulle bucce avviene per 14 giorni, l’affinamento avviene per una parte in vasca di cemento per 7 mesi, e per la restante in tonneaux e barriques non di 1° passaggio.

Seguono a completamento ulteriori 2 mesi in bottiglia.

BRACE si presenta con un colore rubino intenso, naso etereo e speziato. Corpo deciso con una discreta sapidità. Ottima la persistenza. Alc. 15% vol
