Colore granato brillante, tipico dell’uva nebbiolo in purezza con un profumo elegantissimo, in esso i profumi varietali si sposano alla perfezione con freschissime note balsamiche (tipiche di questo particolare vigneto), fiori leggermente appassiti (rosa, viola) e sfumano nel ricordo di spezie dolci e suadenti. Il gusto al tannino è ben presente ma non aggressivo, l’acidità rinfresca al punto giusto e l’alcol dona pienezza senza eccessi; nell’insieme armonia, struttura e persistenza rare.
