Allegrini, thanks to the knowledge gained through years of experimentation and research, has perfected a style of Amarone capable of maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the fruit.

TASTING NOTES

Amarone is the fruit of all the wisdom of the Allegrini family, a true classic of the appellation, a red wine that epitomises tradition, terroir and farming wisdom. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta are left to dry at least until December, with daily checks on their health.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS

Traditionally, it is paired with game dishes, grilled meat, braised meats and mature cheeses. Thanks to the grape's raisining notes, Amarone can also be served with original and fascinating dishes with sweet and sour flavours, making it a perfect match for Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
