VARIETA’: NEBBIOLO 100%

VIGNETI: Da diversi appezzamenti della Cascina Ornato a Serralunga d'Alba, di proprietà della Famiglia Pio, per esaltare le caratteristiche del Barolo di Serralunga, da sempre di grande struttura e longevità.

VINIFICAZIONE: In acciaio, a temperature piuttosto alte. Macerazione: 15 giorni.

AFFINAMENTO: In rovere Francese per 38 mesi: barriques nuove per il 70% e botte da 25 ettolitri per il 30%.

NOTE: Potenza, struttura, concentrazione, frutto maturo e polpa, tannini morbidi, tabacco. Immediato, ma di lunghissima vita.
