The decision to use only native grape varieties stems from the desire to enhance the typicality and great potential of the Chianti Classico territory. Production technique The grapes are selected within the Le Macìe estate in Castellina in Chianti. After 10 days of alcoholic fermentation and 15 days of maceration on the skins , the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in wood. Aging: French oak Troncais barriques for 18 months. Aging in bottle for one year.
