LA STORIA

In una bottiglia del nostro Brut, un'orchestra di tre vitigni suona una partitura particolarmente equilibrata. Il 60% di Chardonnay costituisce la spina dorsale della sua struttura, mentre il 35% di Pinot Noir di Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy e Ambonnay gli conferisce profondità e frutto. Il 5% di Pinot Meunier perfeziona queste armonie con densità aromatica. Senza mai aggredire il palato, questo è uno champagne meravigliosamente potente. Freschezza e rotondità si fondono per offrire un finale pulito e fruttato, con una lunghezza ben equilibrata ed elegante al palato. Lo champagne Delamotte Brut viene aggiunto un dosaggio leggero dopo trentasei mesi di maturazione sui lieviti, come avviene per l'intera gamma Delamotte.
