Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Ruinart Magnum (1.5L)

Endowed with great aromatic power, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs perfectly represents the purity of Chardonnay of which it is composed of 100%. It is made mainly from Premier Cru grapes from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The nose is intensely fruity with aromas of citrus (lemon, citron) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit). Floral notes (jasmine) and pulpy fruit (white peach, pink pepper) are later perceived. The color is a beautiful pale golden yellow with light green highlights. It is bright and luminous with a lively and persistent effervescence. The first nose reveals great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, especially ripe citrus. The second nose shows delicate notes of flowers and white fruits (white peach). On the palate it is soft, harmonious and with great roundness. Its vinosity is without excess, supported by intense freshness. Notes of peach, citrus and a pleasant minerality emerge in the finish. The finish is very persistent and refreshing.
