Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Réserve

Balance and harmony come together in a subtle and airy wine. This cuvée comes from a blend of three grape varieties from the best terroirs of Champagne. Ideal for any time of life, it will delight guests at an aperitif or dinner party. Brut Réserve is a non-vintage brut champagne that is light, subtle and harmonious.

It is a blend of grapes from three different vintages: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from the best terroirs of the Marne.

To the eye: this pale gold-coloured cuvée is distinguished by the fineness of its slowly rising bubbles and its abundant and persistent mousse.

On the nose: a maturity tinged with floral freshness for this cuvée, which exudes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pear.

On the palate: a direct and precise attack, followed by dazzling freshness. A rich bouquet that bears witness to ageing in traditional cellars.

Tasting notes: The Brut Réserve is an all-round companion, perfect as an aperitif. It pairs well with both simple and more elaborate dishes. This cuvée should be served at 8°.
