Lo Champagne Brut "Cuvée Nicolas Francois" Millesimato della Maison Billecart-Salmon è una cuvée di grande prestigio, creata nel 1964 in omaggio al fondatore della Maison.

Esprime l’eccellenza di un assemblage di uve chardonnay provenienti dai Grands Cru della Côte des Blancs e di uve pinot noir dei Grands Cru de la Montagne de Reims.

La vinificazione avviene parte in acciaio e parte in legno, in modo da donare allo Champagne un profilo ampio e complesso, ma che conserva grande finezza ed eleganza.

Un connubio perfetto di ricchezza ed equilibrio nel segno dell’eccellenza.

Lo Champagne si affina sui lieviti 10/12 anni prima del dégorgement.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE

Giallo dorato brillante, dai luminosi riflessi e fine effervescenza. Al naso si apprezzano delicati sentori fruttati e agrumati, di pesca bianca, albicocca, pompelmo e limone, a cui seguono note più complesse di panificazione e pasticceria. In bocca è caratterizzato da un sorso agrumato, brioso e sapido. Chiude su piacevoli e persistenti tonalità fruttate e minerali
