questo Champagne è un assemblaggio di Meunier (60%) e Chardonnay (40%). 
Il primo lo caratterizza per la sua cremosità e rotondità e il secondo per la freschezza. 
Il colore giallo pallido leggermente dorato è accompagnato da leggeri riflessi verdi dovuti allo Chardonnay. Al naso rivela un fruttato sottile di frutti bianchi, pera e pesca, unito a note agrumate. 
In bocca complessità aromatica e una finezza con elegante finale acidulo. 

Dosaggio 9 g/l di zucchero.
