The sparkling process lasts no less than 36 months, one or more times a year for each bottle the result of the second fermentation is put back into suspension for a perfect realization of aromas that, without any correction of addition, moreover typical of the champenois tradition, allows to obtain the Pas-Dosè-Nature.
