LA RICCHEZZA DELLA MATURITÀ

Questo Millesimato 2009 è stato realizzato con 100% uve Pinot Nero, frutto di un’attenta cernita delle uve e di un’estrazione soffice del mosto.
Il lunghissimo affinamento sui lieviti è stato di 10 anni. È un Franciacorta maturo, importante, un vino da “meditazione”, che fa del tempo
la propria risorsa più importante.

Prestigioso, evoluto e scintillante. Nettare dal profumo inebriante capace di conquistare e stupire anche i palati più esigenti.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE

Il colore è giallo intenso dalle mille sfumature dorate. Al naso è ampio e affascinante, ricco, attrae per le sensazioni tostate di mandorla e caffè, per le avvolgenti note di lievito e crosta di pane e per l’intensa frutta matura.

Il palato è complesso, lungo, pieno, di avvolgente rotondità e sorretto da viva sapidità; i sapori sono pronunciati e ben scanditi, dal lievito
alla tostatura, passando per la frutta e il cioccolato. Persistenza infinita.
