Tasting Notes
Visual examination: an intense and fine golden hue, accompanied by an extremely fine perlage.
Olfactory examination: the harmony of aromas is in perfect balance. Toasted, saline, spicy notes emerge, followed by yellow fruit, citrus, candied fruit, hints of saffron, anise and quince. And again, non-stop: ginger, turmeric, final resinous and balsamic hints, for a bouquet of great complexity and depth.
Gustatory examination: broad and light on the sip, but also with great energy and balance, thanks to a never intrusive, always harmonious dosage. Remarkable tactile richness in the taste, accompanied by the softness of yeast and grapes. The finish is persistent, balanced, precise, intense. Strong reference to the olfactory sensations of yellow fruit, broom, and the great sweetness of the raw material that comes from the perfect ripeness in the Chardonnay berry.
