FRANCIACORTA RISERVA DOCG SATÈN 2016

Il Satèn è il Franciacorta più delicato ed elegante.

Prodotto solo nelle migliori annate, deriva da uve chardonnay 100% raccolte nelle vigne di alta collina.

La selezione dei grappoli è a dir poco meticolosa, così come la lenta maturazione in piccole botti bianche di rovere. Una volta assemblata, la cuvée affi na in cantina per minimo 4 anni.

La spuma abbondante, il pérlage fi nissimo e il colore paglierino dorato annunciano profumi ammalianti e soavi di fi ori rosa, agrumi maturi e noisette.

La bocca ne segue la scia, è morbida e cremosa, perfettamente in equilibrio tra tocchi maturi e sensazioni fresche.
