Zona di coltivazione caldi e ripidi pendii porfirici del Renon sopra Bolzano a 550 m s.l.m.
Vendemmia metà settembre
Vinificazione pressatura soffice delle uve, fermentazione alcolica e affinamento in barrique e tonneau, ulteriore maturazione in bottiglia.
Caratteristiche Colore: giallo paglierino intenso con riflessi verdognoli
Bouquet: intense note fruttate, uva spina, fiori di sambuco, erbe aromatiche, raffinati sentori lignei 
Sapore: pieno, robusto e armonico con un’acidità ben bilanciata
Abbinamento pesce al forno, piatti saporiti a base di carne bianca e formaggi freschi
Alcol: 13,5% vol* Zuccheri residui : 2,2 g/l*
