Grapes harvested early, in the first weeks of September, produce this fresh, fruity wine reminiscent of summer. It is naturally born endowed with a mineral streak that comes from the particular soils on which the vineyards are planted.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes undergo soft pressing and vinification takes place entirely in steel, in temperature-controlled tanks. Malolactic fermentation is not developed to preserve the characters of freshness and youth in the wine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERS
Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; delicately floral and fruity bouquet, with notes reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruits; dry, fresh, long flavor, with slightly mineral aftertaste.
IDEAL PAIRINGS
Served chilled ,excellent as an aperitif. At table it accompanies white meat and vegetable appetizers, grilled and baked fish, fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
STORAGE
Is consumed young, as early as the first months of the year following the harvest. If well stored it remains pleasant and stimulating even 2 years after bottling.
