Tasting notes

In the glass it appears a fairly deep straw yellow color.  The nose immediately presents itself as rich and complex where first appear fruity notes of citrus, apple, pear, cantaloupe, toasted almond, hazelnut, dried apricot, avocado, papaya and mango, pervaded by floral hints of white fruit and olfactory whiffs of a vegetal nature of herbs. Next come butter, acacia honey, caramel and several spicy notes. In the mouth the approach is pleasant but then immediately sharp with acidity, softly rounded, expertly citrusy, still elegant and fine. Wine that already hints at good longevity . Closing on well evolved and dynamic tones.
