Pressatura soffice dell’uva, decantazione e fermentazione in contenitori d’acciaio a 20° C. Il vino resta 11 mesi a contatto con i propri lieviti “sur lie”.

NEL BICCHIERE

COLORE: giallo leggero con riflessi verdognoli.

PROFUMI: fruttato con ricordi di fiori bianchi e di ginestra

SAPORE: fruttato con un'acidità animante, sapido e molto elegante. Buona struttura, note minerali.

DA GUSTARE CON: antipasti leggeri, omelette, piatti di pesce, pollo e vitello. Ottimo come aperitivo.
